Sample collection
a. Feather specimen: Take 3-5 feathers from the chest, abdomen or back of the bird and put them in a plastic bag with a zipper.
The feathers sent for inspection must be taken from the bird's body, and the feathers that the birds naturally drop or the fluff can not be taken.
b. Blood sample: Cut the end of the bird's claw with the disinfected scissors, and then take 1-2 drops of blood from the paper.
After the blood is naturally dried, it is placed in a plastic bag with a zipper.
The paper size should be more than 1*1 cm, and it is better to choose paper or water-absorbing paper that is not easy to break.
2. Mark the bird species, the leg band number, the test item and the name of the owner outside the chain plastic bag.
If the inspection item is not indicated, the gender is checked.
3. Ship the specimen to the company at room temperature as soon as possible.
